Getting Fit
I have been on an exercise kick lately, it has had a very positive effect on me. In the last month I have lost 15 pounds. I have not been in this good of physical shape since I was in my 30’s. Most of the weight loss came when I started riding my bike four or five times a week, for anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours each time. I have to thank a friend of mine in North Carolina for getting me off my butt. I was definitely a couch potato.
