So lets say I’m in a meeting at work. I have this great idea, the boss shoots it down. I leave the meeting and work because my feelings are hurt. You think I would still have a job?
Apparently what applies to the real world doesn’t apply to the folks who run this city. The childish and irresponsible act of walking out of the council meeting last Thursday by Cynthia “Blue Light Special” Hedge Morrell and Jon Johnson show that they are more interested in feeding their egos than they are in solving the city’s problems.
So the B.S. continues from our elected officials as they take their ball and go home. Meanwhile the citizens of New Orleans continue to wait for good government.
