Death Penalty for cat killing dogs.
Wednesday, May 28th, 2008Two dogs are on death row for the killing of a cat in St. Tammany Parish. I have lost a number of cats over the years to stray dogs but would never think that they deserved to die for doing something that is instictive to a dog. If you want to punish someone sue the owner for not having the dogs restrained. To put the dogs down for doing what comes naturally to them is extreme. If you are going to kill the dogs for killing a cat maybe the same punishment should be applied to human cat killers.
